cooking/heating instructions for samosas and pakoras

All of our samosas, empanadas, patties, panzos, pakoras and cookies are available frozen for you to heat at your own convenience at home or at a party.
FOR RAW UNCOOKED SAMOSAS/EMPANADAS/PATTIES: Deep fry only for 4 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit
FOR RAW UNCOOKED PANZOS: Deep fry only for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 375 degrees Fahrenheit
FOR PAR-FRIED FROZEN SAMOSAS/EMPANADAS/PATTIES/PANZOS: oven @ 450 degrees Fahrenheit:
- for best results, spray or lightly brush with canola/vegetable oil (not olive oil).
- arrange flatly on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Do not stack or crowd the sheet pan.
- NOTE TO CATERERS/RESTAURANTS/PROFESSIONALS - maximum of 81 samosas (9 rows of 9) per full sheet pan or 80 empanadas (10 rows of 8)
- 4 to 5 minutes from thawed (preferred)
- 6 to 7 minutes from frozen
- let sit for 5 minutes for crispiness to take hold
- For our panzos, if you wish to have a gooey-er cheese, lower the heat to 375 and let bake for 15 minutes.
- ALTERNATIVE FOR DEEP or AIR FRYERS: @ 375 degrees (2 minutes 15 seconds from thawed, 3 minutes for frozen) - this will yield the best results and quickest service.
FOR PAKORAS - oven @ 425 degrees Fahrenheit:
- 7 minutes from thawed (preferred method)
- 9 to 13 minutes from frozen
- ALTERNATIVE FOR DEEP FRYERS: @ 375 degrees (1 minute from thawed - never from frozen)
Cookies - 375 degrees
- 8 to 10 minutes from frozen
- let cool for 10 to 15 minutes in order to handle.
