All of our samosas, empanadas, patties, panzos, pakoras and cookies are available frozen for you to heat at your own convenience at home or at a party.

To heat:

 Samosas, Empanadas, Patties, Panzos - oven @ 450 degrees Fahrenheit:

for best results, spray or lightly brush with canola/vegetable oil (not olive oil).

arrange flatly on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Do not stack or crowd the sheet pan. ** NOTE TO CATERERS/RESTAURANTS/PROFESSIONALS - maximum of 81 samosas (9 rows of 9) per full sheet pan or 80 empanadas (10 rows of 8)
  -4 to 5 minutes from thawed (pre. ferred)
  -6 to 7 minutes from frozen

let sit for 5 minutes for crispiness to take hold

ALTERNATIVE FOR DEEP  or AIR FRYERS:  @ 375 degrees (2 minutes 15 seconds from thawed, 3 minutes for frozen) - this will yield the best results and quickest service.

For our panzos, if you wish to have a gooey-er cheese, lower the heat to 375 and let bake for 15 minutes.  

 Pakoras - oven @ 425 degrees Fahrenheit:
  -7 minutes from thawed (preferred method)
  -9 to 13 minutes from frozen

ALTERNATIVE FOR DEEP FRYERS:  @ 375 degrees (1 minute from thawed)

Cookies - 375 degrees

- 8 to 10 minutes from frozen, 10 to 15 minutes to cool in order to handle.
